Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in account management within the ICT industry
Successful track record managing enterprise accounts in sectors such as hospitality, finance, education, or real estate
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills across all organizational levels, including C-suite
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and client requirements simultaneously
Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Willing to travel across the UAE up to 75% of the time
Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle are mandatory
