Career path Experience in a luxury hotel 5 star and/or fine dining restaurant experience
Hospitality and events experience
3 years HOD experience in a 5* F&B Ops, Restaurant or Conference & Events. Proven track record of managing a team at a high level
High level of verbal and written English (Level 3)
Job Responsibilities:
Ensures the highest standards are delivered throughout all service streams (All day restaurant, Events, Retail, client reports)
To discuss on a regular basis with Departmental Managers product/food specifications, menu changes, product innovation, fashion/trends and apply these in practice.
Ensures high standards of contract and client management governance.
To promote innovation and present new ideas Quarterly and annually
To oversee operation of Departments and discuss general performance.
To oversee and continuously look to improve the quality of food, presentation, and service.
Regularly reviews teams training needs, development plans and performance.
To oversee the service staffing levels ensuring agreed levels are provided at scheduled times with the range of products and services available.
Maintains the privacy and ensures security of all guests.
To remain well informed on market and food trends and to ensure that the facilities offered are current and competitive
Salary: AED 22000-25000 + familiy benefits
