Job requirements
- European Training and European Experience
- Career path Experience in a luxury hotel 5 star and/or fine dining restaurant experience
- Hospitality and events experience
- 3 years HOD experience in a 5* F&B Ops, Restaurant or Conference & Events. Proven track record of managing a team at a high level
- High level of verbal and written English (Level 3)
- Ensures the highest standards are delivered throughout all service streams (All day restaurant, Events, Retail, client reports)
- To discuss on a regular basis with Departmental Managers product/food specifications, menu changes, product innovation, fashion/trends and apply these in practice.
- Ensures high standards of contract and client management governance.
- To promote innovation and present new ideas Quarterly and annually
- To oversee operation of Departments and discuss general performance.
- To oversee and continuously look to improve the quality of food, presentation, and service.
- Regularly reviews teams training needs, development plans and performance.
- To oversee the service staffing levels ensuring agreed levels are provided at scheduled times with the range of products and services available.
- Maintains the privacy and ensures security of all guests.
- To remain well informed on market and food trends and to ensure that the facilities offered are current and competitive
