Responsibilities

:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for modern trade accounts.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify opportunities for growth, and improvements.

Negotiate and execute annual agreements with key modern trade customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Act as the primary point of contact for modern trade partners, addressing issues and resolving conflicts effectively.

Collaborate with key accounts to ensure proper stock availability, promotions, and merchandising.

Identify and onboard new modern trade partners to expand the company's distribution footprint.

Assess market trends and consumer behavior to develop innovative strategies for growth in modern trade channels.

Plan and execute trade marketing activities and in-store promotions to increase product visibility and sales.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop point-of-sale materials, displays, and activations.

Monitor and minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and product expiries.

Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.

Track competitor activities and provide insights on pricing, promotions, and product launches.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

5+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or trade marketing, preferably in the distribution or FMCG industry.

Proven track record of managing and growing modern trade accounts.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
