Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key eCommerce clients, serving as their main point of contact.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to plan and execute online campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products and services in line with client expectations and business objectives.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and performance terms to maintain strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Support financial processes by assisting in payment reconciliation and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
  • Stay informed of emerging eCommerce trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance updates, and KPI reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, digital merchandising standards, and online retail best practices across all accounts.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in eCommerce account management, preferably in retail, FMCG, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces, digital marketing, and sales analytics.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive performance improvements.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong multitasking and project management skills.
