Compensation Package: Salary: AED 15000 +incentives + other benefits Good Commission Scheme Responsibilities : Identify the business opportunities and conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Responsible for opening new accounts within the hospitality sector and maintaining relationships whilst securing more. Selling sanitization/ disinfectant products to the HORECA -B2B in Dubai. The candidate must have the ability to understand the product from a scientific perspective and be acceptable to sales training in order to close new accounts. Candidate must have strong network within UAE hospitality groups, chains etc Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts. Build good customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, which helps in maintaining existing customers and provide support, guidance, and recommendation for a new type of product. Meet and exceed sales targets. Assist the customers with their requirements for the product development based on their preferences and evaluate activity based on feasibility and profitability. Review the customers orders and give them feedback on the achievement of volume targets and discuss solutions to achieve growth. Cold calling customers and arrange meetings to prospect for new business. Requirements : UAE Driving License is mandatory. Must have a min 5 years of sales experience in hospitality sector dealing supplies/cleaning product& HORECA in UAE. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Computer literate with Microsoft experience and knowledge of CRM system. University degree.
