About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our Dubai team immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while effectively managing existing customer accounts in the GCC/Middle East region.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive profitable sales growth from current and new customers within the assigned portfolio
Develop and implement measurable Sales Activity Plans aligned with targets
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for both new business and share-of-wallet growth from existing customers
Ensure compliance with all contract terms including credit, and drive optimal returns through proactive contract management.
Required Experience & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marine or Mechanical Engineering preferred
Experience in the GCC region, especially Saudi Arabia or Kuwait, is beneficial
Arabic language skills are highly desirable
Proven success in international technical sales
Strong relationship-building and customer management skills
Ability to plan and execute work independently
Results-oriented mindset with commercial drive
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
