• Present egg \'s expertise to your clients to develop opportunities to grow our accounts
• Attend kick-off and coordination meetings to our proposal is aligned with the clients\xe2\x80\x99 expectations
• Provide strong consultation to clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Guide and advise event project managers
• Develop a trusting relationship with your clients
• Be key to resolving client issues
• Negotiate contracts
• Monitor financials
• Train teams on customer tools and processes

Must haves (We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)

• 5+ years in Account Management with some experience in an agency or in the hospitality/events sector
• Experience working with pharmaceutical or healthcare clients and working knowledge of their processes
• Proven experience in working with performance targets in previous commercial roles and exceeding target goals
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• High level of resilience and upselling skills
  
• Strong leadership skills in motivating colleagues in a manner that enhances working relationships and encompasses egg \'s brand and values
• Have charisma and an innate ability to adapt your approach to your clients

Nice to haves

• Proficiency in French
• Great listening skills and able to digest information and present it in a succinct manner
