Previous experience in a B2B customer service environment Has knowledge about international logistics, supply chain, customs processes Experience with ERP systems is essential; knowledge of SAP is highly recommended Perfect level of English, Arabic language will be considered a plus Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) Team player, Customer-oriented, Problem solving
