Job Description
Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests via the KenFixIt system or work order software.
Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Repair leaking faucets, clogged drains, broken fixtures, loose furniture, AC filter cleaning, lighting replacements, etc.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential maintenance issues.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop and tools.
Assist in carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance programs.
Communicate status of work orders and updates to the Engineering Supervisor or shift leader.
Ensure all maintenance activities are documented properly.
Follow hotel safety protocols and engineering standards.
Provide support to other departments as needed.
