JOB DESCRIPTION: Join a team growing our brands in a startup atmosphere in Dubai. You will be responsible for the relationship with our Partner EFES in the Middle East Region. Negotiating yearly agreements, driving our promotion calendar and developing our brands in the region will be your key responsibility. Furthermore you will have to be our source of knowledge for all things related to the partner and will carry full ownership of our performance. Our office is in Dubai. In this position you need to be hands on and will be responsible for your own results. But most importantly you will need to find solutions for daily challenges with the support of our international network. It is your scope, your responsibility – come an own it! MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Build relationship with our Partner EFES:
    • Get the beer category to grow in all channels
    • Lead negotiations with all EFES countries (Turkey, Iraq, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia & Moldova)
    • Ensure execution of our activation calendar
    • Manage day-to-day operations related to the different countries
    • Strong stakeholder management up to European zone level
  • Ownership of the growth of your scope:
    • Responsible for the volume and results in the countries
    • Get deep understanding of innovations and trends in the market
    • Propose new strategies based on gained knowledge and expertise
    • Analyze our operations and performance on a regular basis to improve our way of working
WHAT IS EXPECTED: COMMERCIAL
  • Category expansion – i.e.: providing insightful market analysis in order to identify R&Os Integrated commercial planning – i.e.: game plan, 52week/big bet calendar
  • Commercial performance analysis – i.e.: analyzing data to provide insights and close gaps
  • Marketing knowledge – i.e.: brand positioning, target segments, key occasions

KEY ACCOUNTS
  • Insights & data-based selling – i.e.: build tailored selling strategies
  • Negotiating, bargaining & collaboration – i.e.: strategic judgement, executing challenges o P&L management – i.e.: track
  • P&L performance, develop action plans and involve RevMan
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Analytical, solution driven approach towards problem solving with hands on mentality and mental flexibility
  • Proven networker, strong at building relationships with financial knowledge and able to manage a P&L
  • Strong stakeholder management skills as well as being a team worker · Prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with daily challenges
BENEFITS:
  • Car Allowance: 3.108 AED gross monthly – such amount covers for the private usage of your car including your daily home-office commuting. For all business related travel (office - client, client - home) you will be able to claim the expenses on a monthly basis at the rate established in the car allowance policy.
  • Accommodation Allowance: 4.500 AED gross monthly
  • Holidays : 30 days
  • Private Health Insurance: provided by Cigna.
  • Return flight ticket to home country: 1 per year
  • Gym membership: contribution of 200 euros towards an annual subscription.
  • Parental Leave Policy:
  • Primary caregiver: 100% paid leave for 26 weeks, plus a “return to work period” of 8 weeks with 100% pay for 75% time dedication.
  • Secondary caregiver: 100% paid leave for 4 weeks
