Assist the Workshop Manager in daily operations of the garage. Supervise maintenance and repair activities for fleet vehicles (buses, trucks, cars etc.). Coordinate with mechanics and technicians to ensure timely repairs. Maintain records of vehicle servicing and parts inventory. Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are followed.
Requirements:
Diploma or technical certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 2+ years of experience in a workshop or fleet maintenance environment. Good communication and team management skills. Basic knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair procedures.
