Job Title: Junior Web Content Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Web Content Manager to join our team. This role involves creating and managing content across multiple CMS websites, ensuring that pages and products are optimized, functional, and aligned with brand goals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multiple CMS platforms, Page Builder such as Elementor, and eCommerce (such as WooCommerce), and possess a basic understanding of coding and SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

? Create and update pages on multiple CMS websites.

? Manage and maintain multisites, microsites, and landing pages, ensuring consistent performance and uptime.

? Create and manage products and orders on WooCommerce-enabled websites.

? Perform regular plugin and CMS version updates to maintain site security and performance.

? Apply basic custom coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) when needed for layout tweaks or functionality enhancements.

? Support SEO efforts by applying basic on-page SEO practices (meta tags, alt tags, internal linking, etc.).

? Write product descriptions that are clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly.

? Conduct routine site audits and content checks for consistency and accuracy.

? Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to support content and campaign needs.

Requirements:

? Proven experience managing CMS websites (portfolio or examples preferred).

? Working knowledge of page builders, preferably Elementor Pro (templates and themes)

? Experience with eCommerce product setup and order management.

? Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

? Basic understanding of SEO principles.

? Good written communication skills for writing product content and descriptions.

? Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects.

Nice to Have:

? Familiarity with tools like Yoast SEO, Google Search Console, or Google Analytics.

? Experience with basic image editing using Canva, Photoshop, or any imaging tools.

? Knowledge in generative AI

? Previous experience working with content calendars or CMS workflows.
