As a Junior Product Designer, your passion for innovation and adaptability will be instrumental in steering our product design endeavors, propelling us forward in the ever -evolving FinTech sphere. You\'ll play a vital role in shaping the aesthetics and user experience of our digital products, working closely with the product team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for emerging talent to gain hands-on experience, nurturing their growth while gaining insights into translating user needs and business objectives into forward -thinking, resilient digital solutions. Requirements Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support the development and design of user-friendly and intuitive software products within the FinTech domain, under the guidance of a lead designer.
• Engage in the complete design lifecycle, from conceptualization to final implementation.
• Utilize established product design methodologies to ensure smooth progression of projects and tasks.
• Play a role in establishing user interface design benchmarks for our FinTech products.
• Creating design systems for improved efficiencies, as well as development handover.
• Collaborate closely with diverse teams across the organization. Contribute to concept refinement through feedback analysis and user validation processes.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• 1+ years of experience in product design, or a related field.
• An understanding of typography, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Familiarity with design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and interactive prototyping tools.
• Strong in one functional area of design, while beginning to gain experience in others.
• Ability to construct basic prototypes that demonstrate feature functionality.
• Ability to articulate basic problem/solution space using documentation frameworks.
• Passionate about design and the broader digital product landscape.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, team -based environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with receiving feedback and iterating on work.
