Your responsibilities include:
- Assist in the development of masterplan and urban design concepts.
- Assisting in the preparation of architectural drawings, reports, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Coordinate concept design, schematic design, and detail design documents.
- Create detailed drawings, using computer-aided design (CAD) and other 3D modelling software.
- Develop and update construction documents, including master plans, urban design plans and diagrams, site sections and diagrams and details.
- Develop design of a range of project types and scales by preparing sketches, drawings, illustrations, 3D models, and rendered plans and perspectives.
- Assist in the preparation of site analysis assessments and strategies.
- Support the implementation of design changes or revisions as required.
- Assisting in the preparation of presentation materials for client meetings, including design boards, 3D models, and digital presentations.
- A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in architecture / Urban Design / Planning and other relevant degree program.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent hand drawing or sketching skills.
- Strong presentation and graphic design skills and familiarity with visualization tools.
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or other 3D modelling and visualization tools.
- Solid understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction techniques.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of local regulations and standards.
- Relevant experience in the GCC and an understanding of the cultural norms and requirements of the region.
