Junior Travel Consultant
Job Description
We are an international travel company with operations in UAE, UK & India, looking for a Junior Travel Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, pricing, and managing UAE tour and holiday packages, processing UAE visa applications, and providing personalised travel solutions to our niche B2C customer base. You will handle client inquiries from initial contact to final booking, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
Your Role:
1. Quote and respond to customer inquiries promptly
2. Curate and manage UAE holiday packages tailored to client needs
3. Coordinate visa processing and travel arrangements
4. Welcome clients arriving at Dubai Airport when required
5. Deliver accurate, timely information and exceptional customer service
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in UAE holiday packages & visa processing
2. Strong communication and sales skills
3. Ability to work efficiently with a focused client portfolio
