Our company is looking for a Sous Chef, within a restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Lead menu planning and development to meet customer preferences and business goals.
- Supervise food preparation and cooking to maintain quality and consistency.
- Manage kitchen staff, including training and scheduling.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to control costs.
- Enforce health and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Control expenses related to food, labor, and overhead to maintain profitability.
- Interact with customers to address concerns and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate operations and resolve issues.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 year experience in the same field.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
