Chef de Partie - Mamalu Kitchen

Palm Jumeirah, Dubai

Mamalu Kitchen is seeking a charismatic, skilled, and people-focused Chef de Partie to join our growing cooking school on Palm Jumeirah.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong culinary capability with an engaging personality and a passion for teaching both adults and children.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver interactive cooking classes with confidence, clarity, and charisma. Work comfortably with children, teens, and adults, adapting your teaching style as needed. Maintain a clean, organized kitchen following strict health, safety, and hygiene standards. Coordinate daily with the Events & Sales Coordinator to plan class schedules and requirements. Manage ordering, supplier communication, and full mise en place for all classes. Prepare a variety of dishes, including fresh pasta, bread/pizza/focaccia, sushi, gyozas, and general international cuisine.

Who We're Looking For

Charismatic, upbeat, and confident leading groups. Patient, especially with kids and family classes. Strong culinary foundation and attention to detail. Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable. Experience in a professional kitchen (3-5+ years).
