Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our bistro-style restaurant in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Western cuisine, specializing in breakfast dishes, gourmet burgers, sandwiches, Mediterranean inspired dishes.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality Western cuisine. Oversee FIFO system, inventory management, and minimize wastage costs. Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and team management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Valid Basic Food Handling Certificate (PIC certification is an advantage). Ready to join immediately and already reside in Dubai, UAE.
