The Junior Sous Chef will oversee butchery activities, ensure accurate inventory management, and assist in menu development, ensuring all dishes meet brand and guest expectations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Junior Sous Chef
or
Chef de Partie
in the
butchery section
within a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
Strong knowledge of
Arabic cuisine
, meat cuts, portion control, and preparation techniques.
Excellent understanding of
food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
.
Ability to supervise and train junior team members effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Creativity and attention to detail in maintaining presentation and quality standards.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Currently based in the UAE
with relevant work experience in the region.
