Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes. Supervise and train kitchen staff to uphold food safety and hygiene standards. Oversee inventory, food cost control, and supplier coordination. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to HACCP regulations. Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements:



? Proven experience as a CDP in an Italian restaurant.
? Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, including pasta, risotto, seafood, and traditional recipes.
? Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
? Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
? Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
