The

Junior Solution Architect

is responsible for design, develop solutions for specific products, product lines for BMS business. This role applies BMS product knowledge and customer project solution needs to develop BMS product solutions. The

Junior Solution Architect

collaborates with Sales, System integrators in the META regions to understand their solution needs and links BMS products and new products and technologies positioning to maximize customer and business success.


Reports to: Commercial Leader BMS, META



Support in defining, developing, and implementing BMS solutions for specific products, product lines. Apply product expertise and customer needs to develop winning product solutions. Collaborate with Sales, System integrator channels and consultants to understand project needs. Collaborate with the sales team to Link BMS product positioning to maximize customer demand. Execute New Product technology positioning strategies to achieve project wins and business growth. Partner with Sales and marketing for consultant product engagement. Develop a techno commercial attitude to drive optimized and profitable solutions to projects.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer engineering - recently graduated or preferably in final year. Strong acumen to understand of customer insights and product knowledge. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Techno commercial mindset and ability to develop winning solution. Presentation skills, ability to deliver presentations to consultants and system integrators Fluency in Arabic and English - French is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or similar domain. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of commercial sales to develop quotes and pricing. Aptitude and understanding of AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
