Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Junior Software Engineer who will be primarily responsible for developing information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions.

This position will be based at Barsha Heights , Dubai , UAE

Responsibilities

• Utilize programming languages such as .NET MVC and .NET Core to implement backend functionalities and support web application development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software applications to support TIC services
• Assist in the development of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms, contributing to the user interface design and functionality
• Participate in the testing, debugging, and optimization of software solutions to ensure reliability and performance

Skills / Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field along with 3-4 years of professional experience in software development, with exposure to mobile application development
• Experience with .NET MVC and .NET Core for web application development , along with proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Swift
• Strong understanding of SQL Server and relational database management, including schema design, optimization, and querying and familiar with mobile development frameworks such as Xamarin, React Native, or Flutter is a plus
• Experience working with third-party controls and libraries to enhance application functionality and user experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail and able to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
