Job Description
Required young, Energetic Males & Females who are passionate in sales and marketing with excellent command on English communication are invited to join our sales teams. Job Position: Export Sales Executive Compensation: AED 2500+Allowance+Performance based incentives and commission Education Requirement : MBA Graduation in Marketing with good communication in English Job Location : Sharjah & Ras Al Khaimah Experience : Entry Level (Preferably candidates who are passionate in sales and marketing) Fresh graduates can also apply.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Focused on KPI and KRA for the sales achievement
- Passionate on Sales and Business Development
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is an added advantage
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and good team player
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- MBA Graduate
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
