Company Overview
Our client is a fast-growing beverage solutions distributor specializing in plant-based milk and premium Matcha products. The brand focuses on quality, health, and sustainability and is expanding its footprint across cafes and HORECA outlets in the UAE.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Junior Sales Executive to drive sales growth across cafes, coffee shops, and casual HORECA outlets in Dubai and nearby emirates. This role is ideal for candidates from a barista or cafe background who have transitioned into sales and possess a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Actively visit cafes and coffee shops to promote and sell premium beverage products (Matcha, plant-based milk, etc.)
• Identify, target, and onboard new cafe accounts across the UAE
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cafe owners, managers, and decision-makers
• Conduct product demonstrations, tastings, and basic sales presentations
• Manage follow-ups, orders, and customer feedback efficiently
• Achieve monthly sales targets and outlet onboarding goals
• Represent the brand professionally and consistently in the market

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience is a MUST (preferably in cafes, HORECA, beverages, or FMCG)

• Cafe or barista background with proven sales experience is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of cafe operations, beverage menus, and customer buying behavior
• Valid UAE driving license - mandatory
• Comfortable with outdoor sales, field visits, and relationship-driven selling
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, confident, and target-oriented mindset
• Passion for coffee, beverages, and cafe culture is a strong advantage
