Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Assistant to support our international sales operations. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in managing distributor relationships, monitoring their stock levels and sell-through, and ensuring smooth communication across global markets.

We sell consumer electronics goods worldwide. HQ is in Dubai, while products are manufactured in China.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with distributors worldwide to track stock availability, sell-through rates, and re-orders Maintain accurate sales and stock reports by consolidating distributor data Assist with preparation of sales forecasts and performance analyses Support the management team with distributor communications, providing timely updates and resolving simple inquiries Coordinate internally with logistics and marketing teams to ensure distributor orders, promotional campaigns, and product launches run smoothly Manage and update CRM systems with distributor details, sales activities, and follow-up logs Prepare regular sales activity reports and dashboards for management review Assist in the organization of international sales events, trade fairs, and distributor meetings Handle administrative duties related to sales, including order processing support, payments and documentation follow-up Monitor competitor activities and share market insights collected from distributors

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
