Assist in implementing safety procedures at joinery and fit-out sites.
Support senior safety officer in conducting site inspections.
Ensure workers are using PPE and following safety rules.
Report unsafe practices and hazards to the supervisor.
Help in conducting toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
Maintain basic records of inspections, incidents, and training.
Learn and apply UAE HSE regulations under guidance.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in safety, preferably in joinery/fit-out projects.
Diploma or basic certification in Health & Safety (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred).
Knowledge of PPE use, fire safety, and accident prevention.
Good communication and observation skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in the HSE field
