+ Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
+ Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent.
+ Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
Enthusiasm for learning and developing a career in recruiting.
