Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant, providing them with exceptional customer service.
- Manage reservations and assist guests with inquiries over the phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the reception area.
- Support the management team in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Previous 2 years plus experience in a customer service or receptionist role is advantageous
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional European languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish is a bonus.
