Duties & Responsibilities:
? Professional Experience: Having total 8 years of experience in field of construction of Highways, Infrastructure, Bridges and Internal Roads, charged with the responsibility of correlating information relating to all financial aspects of the project and aware of all financial matters management throughout the entire life cycle of the Project from inception to post-completion.
Previous Duties and Responsibility:
? Recap Quantities for total project as per Contract & Shop Drawings.
? Rough Cost Estimations for Minor Projects
? Making the record of all items Ordered, received, to be ordered.
? Preparation and presenting sub-contractors payment Certificate.
? Preparation of New Rates, Variation and Claims.
? Attending Commercial Meeting with Client/Consultant.
? Preparation updated of Commercial Logs (Sub Con Log, IPA Log, Variation Log, Claims Log)
? Preparation Prolongation, Disruption and Acceleration Cost(Claims)
? Prepare Monthly Financial Report (Cost Report).
? Preparation of Interim payment application (IPA) based on progressed value.
? Taking off Final /As-built quantities & Finalization.
? Compute Final payment Certificate.
Current Duties and Responsibility:
Payments and Billing
? Interim Payments - Payments follow up
? Subcontractors invoices (PC Preparation)
? Settlements
? Communications with subcontractors
? Preparing Reconciliation Report of Subcontractor's/Supplier's for final Settlement
? Receiving and Reviewing all the Sub-Contractor/Supplier invoice from all the projects
? Quantity Surveying
Quantity take off
? As built
? Manage the process of Quantity take-off from drawings and make sure the offers are as per Client requirements.
? Preparation of Cost Estimation for Damage Report
? Preparation of Final Accounts of Subcontractors
Commercial And Coordination
? Variations
? New Rates
? Review site queries for commercial/contractual implications
? Commercial Meeting with Sub Contractors

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month
