Job Designation - Junior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects.
Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents for pricing and quantity take-offs.
Support Commercial team in pre- and post-contract activities.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
Monitor project costs and prepare progress valuations.
Maintain documentation for variations, claims, and cost control.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimation within the Middle East/GCC (fit-out experience preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of interior fit-out materials, methods, and market pricing.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation/QS software.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
