Alpha Nero is currently recruiting for a Junior Quality Inspector with extensive experience in the Retail designing and manufacturing industry .Successful candidate will be responsible for below duties; Job responsibilities
- Attend daily production meetings to understand the production schedule ahead. Organise and manage internal inspections accordingly.
- Ensure the compliance of internal inspection processes and associated documentaion.
- Conduct audits based on agreed schedules to ensure compliance and adherence of internal and external processes and procedures.
- Track audit results using KPIs. Present findings and assist in executing outcomes based on agreed actions.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing material inspections.
- Ensuring documentation compliance and tracking of rejected and rework materials. Agreeing timelines with purchase and following up on status.
- Coordinate with purchase to ensure approved supplier list has due diligence conducted in relation to quality.
- Conduct final inspections either internally or with the client to ensure compliance with the approved TD\xe2\x80\x99s and brand standards. Manage internal close out of snags adhering to specified timelines.
- Composing final reports and sharing with relevant stakeholders. Raise corrective action reports based on deviations from TD\xe2\x80\x99s, quality standards, client changes and process non-compliance.
- Excellent communicator with attention to detail. Basic computer skills. Previous experience in quality control, preferably in a related field.
- Can work in a structured and organised manner. Previous experience of conducting audits. Strong character, with the ability to raise concerns to management.
- Basic understanding and ability to read and understand autocad TD\xe2\x80\x99s.
- Understanding and knowledge of ISO 900
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
