Job Description
Principal Accountabilities:
- Plan and conduct incoming inspections for all the purchased material as per specification and PO.
- Fulfill the syteline entry as per procedure/ work instructions.
- Maintain traceability/ documentation for spares.
- Do the follow-up documentation with supplier/ WOM group.
- Inspection activities of shop - in process, hardness, hydro-test witness, final inspection.
- Spare outgoing inspection.
- Maintain and fulfil departmental Quality objectives.
- Stock assessment for quality along with the store department.
- In-house instruments/ gauges calibration.
- Data books preparation as per project requirement.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office applications.
- Inspection, instruments knowledge, inspection techniques, drawing knowledge.
- Good employee interpersonal skills.
- Diploma in Mechanical engineering NDT - Level I / Level II MP
- Previous experience in quality control or relevant internships is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Fabrication: 2 years (Preferred)
