Junior Qaqc ( Coating Inspector )

Job Description
We are currently searching for an experienced and highly analytical quality inspector to join our blasting & painting team. As the quality inspector, assist to Senior QAQC will uphold the safety regulations of our company and supervise the production process to guarantee that all our products meet quality expectations. The chosen candidate will perform regular product evaluations, record inspection results, and recommend improvements to the production process. To excel in this role, applicants should demonstrate great attention to detail with excellent technical and math abilities. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site.
- Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to Quality Control Supervisor non-conformances reports.
- Control of storage and certification of consumables.
- Performs qualifications of coating processes.
- Checks surface preparation.
- Checks and records atmospheric conditions prior to starting of painting operations.
- Carries out wet and dry film thickness checks.
- Monitors observations of the correct coding cycles.
- Verifies the correct colour-coding and painting.
- Performs visuals inspections.
- Performs adhesion testing.
- Performs penetration testing.
- Evaluates impact testing.
- Performs visual checks after blasting
- Degree of Mechanical Engineer minimum of
- 3-5 years experiience as QC in blasting and painting,oil and gas .
- With Nace level 1 or Bgas 1 or 2
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- English (Preferred)
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
