About the Role

Batterjee Properties is seeking a Junior Project Manager to oversee and manage our ongoing and upcoming construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, BOQ preparation, contract management, and project supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

->Lead and manage all phases of property development and construction projects.

->Prepare, review, and validate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and project cost estimates.

->Oversee contract management -- including review, negotiation, and compliance monitoring.

->Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

->Supervise on-site progress and ensure alignment with design, safety, and quality standards.

->Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, providing regular progress updates to management.

->Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

->Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

->Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within the real estate or construction sector.

->Proven expertise in BOQ preparation, contract administration and site supervision.

->Strong understanding of engineering drawings, project costing and technical documentation.

->Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

->Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD and other relevant project management tools is a plus.
