The Role

Junior Project Manager Salary 21-24,000 AED Per Month Plus Medical, Salik, Fuel & Bonus International Concrete Repair & Structural Engineering business based in Dubai. Form part of a global business turning over $1 Billion. This role represents a great career opportunity for someone motivated with a can do attitude. Our Client: International Group that has a specific niche in concrete and structural repairs across Commercial, Residential, Transportation , Industrial & Power Sectors. Global Business but the Head of the Middle East operations is from Dubai. The Divisional Manager for the group is seeking to hire a Junior Project Manager that has experience within Civil & Infrastructure Projects. Ideally this person will have some experience to waterproofing & strengthening for Main Contractors. You may well be a Sub Agent / Site Agent looking to rise the ranks and handle your own projects. Initially you will be based across 1-2 Projects and will show your capability to deliver work to time, budget and the contract requirements. In this organization they don't have Quantity Surveyors so you will be expected to be across all elements from cost, program, correspondence and productivity. You will be given support and mentorship but ultimately you must be keen to take your own project and run the project management side on a value of 100,000 to what could be 7 Million. Generally its a 5 day working week on site as the client embrace work life balance but when needed if a push is on you may have an eleven day fortnight.



Requirements

Following is CRITICAL o Degree Educated - Civil Engineering or Structural desired o 3-5 Years Post graduate experience o A solid career history that shows success and project completions since graduating o Are you documents attested?
