Join our team at AGEPHA Pharma, a family-owned multinational leader in healthcare pharmaceuticals since 1947. With a strong presence across the EU, Middle East, and the US, we are seeking a Junior Product Manager to oversee our growing prescription, OTC and dietary supplement portfolio. Your Role: As a Junior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies across both offline and e-commerce channels. You will develop innovative marketing campaigns - including marketing collateral, product messaging, product positioning and competitor landscaping. The successful candidate will be able to understand and plan effective implementation of marketing plans. This role requires a highly energetic and proactive attitude, with the opportunity to gain experience in multiple expanding markets. Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, hospitals, and pharmacies Develop and execute DTC marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms Manage and optimize the advertising & promotional budget to maximize ROI Organize and travel to various international conferences Identify key external stakeholders and develop brand-building strategies Create timelines and roadmaps for product marketing initiatives Identify and strategize brand requirements to enhance market exposure and revenue Continuously share new ideas and help continue driving a dynamic team What You Bring:

Excellent English communication skills, both writing and speaking - second European language preferred Ability and willingness to travel Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills High proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations Qualifications:

BacheloraEUR(TM)s or masteraEUR(TM)s degree in marketing, business administration, sales or related field (Life sciences or equivalent preferred) Minimum 3 yearsaEUR(TM) experience in a marketing role within healthcare or FMCG What we offer:
