Duties & Responsibilities
Analysis of processes under management and updating their status in the computer system; Identification and implementation of the most appropriate resolution strategy for each process; Making telephone and in-person contacts with debtors in these processes; Negotiation and preparation of extrajudicial payment agreements; Ensure compliance with the objectives previously defined in the business plan.

Educational Qualifications:
12th year or Degree in Management
Experience:
o Experience in Credit Recovery/Collection Management in asset management companies or litigation departments of credit institutions;
