to help grow our brand presence and generate qualified leads across digital channels. You'll support campaign execution, performance tracking, and branding initiatives -- with a balance of analytical and creative skills.
What You'll Do:
Plan, execute, and optimise
lead generation campaigns
across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Monitor ad performance, track conversions, and generate
performance reports
.
Assist in
building brand awareness campaigns
to improve visibility and reach.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales team to generate high converting ads.
Handle
basic ad creative design and layout
using Canva or similar tools.
Conduct competitor and audience research to
improve targeting and ad messaging
.
What We're Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in
digital marketing or performance marketing.
Understanding of
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
Creative mindset
with a good eye for design and brand aesthetics.
Strong communication and
analytical thinking skills
.
Bonus:
Experience in the
education or training industry
is a plus.
