Junior PA for UHNW Family based in Dubai, \xc2\xa360-70k tax-free salary Silver & Bow are looking for a PA to join the Family Office of an ultra high net worth family based in Dubai.
The family have fully staffed households in various locations around the world and require a high level of administrative and personal support to ensure their busy lives are kept on track.
There is a senior PA in place and you will be working alongside an experienced team of Family Office professionals, assisting with travel planning, researching and sourcing items, dealing with personal appointments and generally ensuring seamless communication between the various household departments.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly organised, well-structured Family Office team and learn from the best.
The role is based in Dubai with travel so you will need to be happy to relocate or be based in Dubai currently.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Travel planning, assisting with visa applications and compiling itineraries
- Sourcing and purchasing items
- Logistical arrangements including tracking orders, shipments and deliveries
- Liaising with household staff and other team members
- Assisting with administrative processes, keeping files and records up to date
- Responding to urgent requests
- Excellent written and spoken English
- 2-4 years prior experience working as a PA, ideally in a private role
- Excellent, checkable references
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office
- Highly discreet, loyal and professional
- Open to candidates based outside of UAE
