Job Description

Odoo is looking for an Outbound Sales Executive (Partnership) to support our Dubai office. As the main point of contact for our resellers, you will recruit and onboard partners in the MENA region, identify market needs, and enable their growth. You'll analyze clients' businesses and offer suitable Odoo services and licenses to meet their requirements. You will be responsible for driving the growth of our partner network by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners all over MENA. This role will require a proactive approach to sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem within the enterprise software industry.
As a Partner Recruitment Outbound Sales Specialist, you will focus on outbound sales strategies to recruit new partners to Odoo's growing partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a tenacious sales professional with a passion for identifying new business opportunities and expanding Odoo's network of channel partners.
Requirements
0-2 years of B2B sales experience
Strong business intelligence and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Assist partners with their day to day queries
Fluency in English, along with fluency in either Arabic or Urdu
Responsibilities
Onboard and manage Odoo partners in MENA
Identify market needs and trends
Support partners in growing their Odoo activity
Analyze clients' businesses and offer tailored solutions
Use strong negotiation skills to drive successful partnerships
Outbound prospecting for new resellers
