Position Title : Junior Operator
Experience : Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC Operations (preferably in the District Cooling Industry)
Location : Abu Dhabi
Language : English
Education : High School or Technical School Certificate
Operate efficiently and safely the assigned plant by supplying chilled water to customers at the required contracted temperature, while monitoring and maintaining the operational parameters of the plant's equipment.
Key Accountabilities:
Plant Operations
- Handle the operation of assigned plant to ensure continuous supply of chilled water to customers at the required temperature.
- Monitor and control plant operations, report any defects or customer complaints to the supervisor.
- Follow all operational procedures to support continuity of operations.
- Ensure compliance with company and plant operation standards.
- Prepare daily water treatment reports and perform weekly calibration of pH and conductivity meters.
- Report equipment defects to the supervisor and assist with troubleshooting and equipment inspections.
- Carry out minor in-house maintenance of plant equipment as required.
