We are hiring a

Junior Operations Engineer

to join our team in

Sharjah, UAE.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day operational workflows and documentation. Coordinate with procurement, logistics and sales teams to ensure seamless operations. Maintain, update, and monitor operational records, reports and databases. Identify gaps or Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose effective improvements.. Contribute to the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Prepare, review, and verify operational reports, invoices and delivery documents. Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of equipment, machinery and inventory. Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with external vendors. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues, escalating when required. Provide administrative support for operational meetings, reporting and follow-ups. Assist in drafting technical specifications and updating operational manuals. Monitor and track maintenance schedules, inspections and service records.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is mandatory.

- Experience in operations or planning within a similar industry, preferably in

Heavy Equipment, Machinery or Construction

sectors.

- 1-2 years of Operations, logistics or Office base engineering experience mandatory.

Advance MS Office skills with demonstrated ability in Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data management.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Final salary will be decided after the interview and Accommodation & Transportation will be provided by the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
