Junior Office Coordinator
to support daily office operations. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic tech environment. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain documentation, filing systems, and basic reports.
Support meeting scheduling, room bookings, and preparation of materials.
Welcome visitors and handle general office inquiries.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed.
Assist different departments with simple coordination and follow-ups.
Ensure the office environment is organized, professional, and functioning smoothly.
Requirements
Requirements
Fresh graduate or 0-1 year of experience.
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Detail-oriented, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
