Job Description

We are currently working with a multinational law firm who are looking for a junior-level Real Estate Associate to join their growing team in Dubai. Key Requirements

You would be a newly qualified solicitor or have up to 3 years of post-qualification experience.
You must be common law qualified (preferably in England & Wales, the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand).
You would have current or prior experience working at a top-tier international law firm within a Real Estate Development or Property Investment (Commercial and/or Residential) team.
You would have experience advising on a range of real estate transactions including commercial property acquisitions, negotiating and reviewing lease agreements, development projects, financing, property portfolio management, and structuring.
Ideally, you would be based in Dubai or have regional experience, but international candidates are also encouraged to apply.
