Title: Senior Backend Developer Resource Experience: 3 - 5 Years of Hands-on Experience in Backend Development

Analyze, develop, modify, implement, test and support software components anywhere in the software stack.
Proficiency with server-side languages such as ASP.NETand PHP.
Familiarity with major database technology such as SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.
Develops software solutions by studying information needs and studying systems flow, data usage and work processes.
Experience of Preparing and installing solutions by following designing system specifications, best practices and programming standards.
Able to work independently and/or with minimal assistance.
Good analytical, problem-solving, organizational, time management and verbal communication skills.
