Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Junior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build a career in the specialized and exciting field of ship repair marketing. You will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts, engaging with clients, and promoting our services to the maritime industry.
Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Assist in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and client support.
• Marketing Support: Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the ship repair industry.
• Lead Generation: Identify and research potential new clients and market opportunities to generate qualified leads.
• Proposal & Presentation Preparation: Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for clients and tenders.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities to keep the company ahead of the curve.
• Digital Marketing: Assist in managing the company's online presence, including social media, website content, and email marketing campaigns.
• Coordination: Act as a liaison between the marketing team, management, and technical departments to ensure smooth project communication.
• Events: Support the planning and execution of industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain marketing databases and prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a marketing or client-facing role. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for the industry are encouraged to apply.
• Industry Knowledge: A genuine interest in or knowledge of the maritime/ship repair industry is a significant advantage.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for client meetings and company errands.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
