Venture Zone, a leading Business Centre, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their marketing career who is eager to learn, execute campaigns, and grow in digital marketing and brand building.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Support
Assist in implementing basic SEO activities such as keyword research, content optimisation, and on-page improvements.
Support website content updates (landing pages, blogs, meta descriptions, images).
Track website performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare basic performance reports.
Assist in managing social media accounts for brand awareness and lead generation.
Help create and manage online property/product listings on relevant platforms.
Aggregator & Listing Management
Create and update property/product listings on aggregator platforms (training will be provided).
Ensure listings have accurate information, pricing, descriptions, and visuals.
Monitor listing performance and support basic optimisation activities.
Respond to platform inquiries in coordination with the sales team.
Branding & Marketing Collateral
Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, posters, and social media creatives.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline materials.
Assist with basic competitor and market research.
Digital Tools & Asset Management
Support the day-to-day use of digital marketing tools such as CRM, email platforms, and analytics dashboards.
Assist with website updates using platforms like WordPress or Wix.
Help organise digital assets, including images, content files, and marketing documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for the smooth execution of marketing activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, online listings).
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, MS Excel, and content management systems is a plus.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
