As we continue to grow, we're looking for a
Marketing Executive
to join our dynamic team and support our marketing department in driving growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute tailored strategies to engage both B2C and B2B audiences effectively.
Oversee the creation, scheduling, and publication of content across multiple social media platforms. Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to promote brand awareness and support sales objectives.
Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
Plan and Execute digital marketing initiatives, including paid advertisements and website management.
Assist in crafting and sending promotional emails, newsletters, and other digital communications.
Coordinate with influencers, vendors, and external partners through PR initiatives, collaborations, and workshop activations.
Organize marketing files, track budgets, and support the daily operations within the marketing department to ensure efficiency.
Work closely with the marketing department to ensure alignment and smooth execution of overall marketing strategies.
What we are looking for?
Must have graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing.
4+ years of experience in the FMCG or F&B sector.
Experience in startups or scale-ups is highly advantageous.
Proven track record in executing marketing campaigns that deliver results.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
A results-oriented mindset, focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
Based in the UAE and available to start immediately.
