Key Responsibilities



Provide administrative and coordination support to the Marketing & Communications team. Assist in preparing marketing materials (presentations, flyers, social media posts, newsletters, etc.). Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for marketing requests and deliveries. Support social media scheduling, content tracking, and community response under guidance. Maintain brand assets, photo libraries, and marketing databases. Help organize events, campaigns, and promotional activities. Draft and proofread basic communications, announcements, and short content. Track invoices, purchase requests, and documentation related to marketing activities.
Requirements

UAE National (family book required).

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. 0-2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome). Good command of English; Arabic is a strong advantage. Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Basic knowledge of social media platforms; Canva/Adobe skills are a plus. Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED6,500.00 per month
