Take over on an interim basis when the manager is absent or in other activities;
Monitor the management of the store budget and all financial records;
Present results and action plans to leaders;
Manage the planning and execution of campaigns and sales promotion;
Coordinate store employees, managing indicators such as: absenteeism, turnover, absences, certificates and others;
Manage staff, work schedules, conflicts and other issues related to employee management;
Ensure compliance with deadlines and procedures relevant to the unit;
Manage inventories and maintain stock levels;
Provide customer support;
Manage the quality of the service offered.
